Contact us
We welcome your feedback, corrections, and collaboration inquiries. Here is how to reach us, what we can help with, and what you should direct to a professional.
Email us
For questions, feedback, or corrections, please write to [email protected]. We will try to respond within a few business days.
To help us route your message quickly, please include a subject line such as:
- Content correction — citation error, factual mistake, potentially misleading wording
- Test feedback — confusing question, result mismatch, suggested new dimension
- Collaboration inquiry — therapist, psychology writer, would like to republish or cite
- Media request — interview or quoting our content
- Other — anything not covered above
What we will do
After we receive your message:
- Content correction — we will verify within 7 business days. If confirmed, the article is updated directly and the revision is timestamped at the end.
- Test feedback — we archive feedback and review quarterly to decide on item revisions or new questions.
- Collaboration inquiry — we will respond within 5 business days.
- Media request — same 5 business days.
What we do not do
To protect both your time and ours, we do not:
- Provide counseling or diagnosis. We are an educational self-assessment site; our team does not hold therapist credentials. Please do not send personal psychological distress as email content—we are not equipped to respond safely.
- Handle emergencies. See the next section.
- Edit or remove published content to silence disagreement. If you disagree with a claim, share your reasoning; we may add a note or write a response article, but we will not remove the original.
- Do SEO link exchanges.
On content rigor
We take accuracy seriously. If you find a citation or wording error, please tell us; we will verify and correct. Corrections appear in the article directly and a timestamp is appended at the end.
Important: this is not a crisis service
This site does not provide emergency psychological crisis intervention. If you or someone close to you is experiencing self-harm thoughts or acute crisis, please contact a local crisis hotline or emergency services immediately—do not wait for an email reply.
